You haven’t tasted pizza until you’ve tried one of ours – a veritable slice of heaven topped with homemade sauces and melted mozzarella. After 25 years of creating delicious pizza, founding chef Tom Berkes created his own dough recipes designed specifically for Santa Fe’s altitude. You can choose a pizza with a thick, deep-dish crust or a light and flaky thin-crust, or a stuffed-to-the-brim calzone, then custom-tailor it with your favorite toppings.
